From 29th April to 15th October 2006,

  “PLAYING IN THE GARDEN"
in Chaumont-sur-Loire (France, Loire Valley)

Version française

Who hasn’t dreamed of being in a tree house ? Who would resist to a miniature golf or croquet ? Who isn’t thrilled of getting lost in a labyrinth or of hiding his loves in a cave ?

It’s promised, for the 15th Festival, we are going to have fun !
Already candidates for the 2006 contest are talking about their gardens’s games : gambling games, games of mirror, sets of lights, water games, games for children, naughty games…

What about the plants ?
Plants will be of course the main support of the gardens and will become alibi during initiatory courses : rare plants search in a way of a real botanical treasure hunt.

And the visitor in all this ? Well, he’ll play !
In 2006, many gardens will be interactive and will invite the walker to take part of the garden’s show. A new way of visit where the visitor becomes an actor. It’s even probable that this frenzy to play extends to the château’s park.

So, now then, go on and play !
