Let’s stop a moment in this children’s garden; let us be like the Little Prince, always open to being touched by a rose that reminds us of where we came from, by the swinging sensation of flying, by the wind in the tall grasses, by the spectacular dispersal of plants that send off their seeds a thousand miles away.
Rocked by the sway of a forest of grasses, roses emerge. Their palette of tender colours punctuates the green and gold of the grass. Perfumed clay mulch spreads the fragrance of rose. The rhythm of the swings accompanies the swishing of the vegetation. Soap bubbles, carried by the wind, dance, slide and fade away.
Before we return to the whirlwind of the world, lest we lose ourselves in it, can’t we take along with us, as a pledge of tranquillity, the fragrance of a rose?
