Here is an experimental garden on the mobility of seeds. It highlights their power of dispersal, a key criteria for the survival of plant species. The garden has been submitted to the forces and movements of nature : wind, rain, the intervention of animals, of man…
The space is divided into four corridors, each illustrating a principle in dissemination. At the entrance of each corridor, seeds particular to that section are at your
disposal to experiment freely with.
The back of the site opens out into a fifth garden: the random garden, where all types of dispersal are represented.
Finally, the treasures of the seeds exhibits, in glass balls, seeds that are remarkable for their name, their shape, their colour or their history.
